To add a meeting to your Outlook or other electronic calendar:
Once you have completed your Meeting Response, press the F5 key to refresh the Meeting Attendance Summary and confirm your information is included correctly.
Please respond before the Response Deadline by completing these fields and clicking Submit.

Most hotels give us a discounted rate for the meeting room and/or sleeping rooms if we book a certain number of sleeping rooms; be aware that if you stay at a different property, there may be an "attrition penalty" charged to the group if we don't book the number of sleeping rooms we reserved
Be sure to respond indicating how many people from your organization will be attending each meeting
Meeting Attendance Summary reporting is visible only to Members who are logged in.
